If the Messenger exe is missing, your antivirus might be blocking and removing the program.
Try reinstalling it with your real-time protection off, then add th Windows Live folder to exceptions.
it should do well(plus, you can raise the shields back up).

Do you have Windows Live Essentials installed? If so, uninstall it and the error shouldn't appear anymore.

It worked, the problem is
That the only file it does not install is the program exe. :p
